DeeAnna Kay Taylor-Robison, 69, of Newton left our world, but not our hearts, on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines surrounded by the love of her family.
Dee was born on Feb. 17, 1942, to Lloyd and Gwen (Harrington) Dennis in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She lived in Cedar Rapids, Monroe and Newton.
Dee was employed at the Tri-County Credit Union in Newton. She worked in membership services and recently retired after helping many people with their accounts.
Dee was united in marriage to Tony Robison Jr. of Monroe. They had many years of marriage until Tony passed away after battling cancer. Friends and family will always remember her smile and her love of whatever passed her way. Dee loved going shopping, especially flea markets, her love of angels, her family always said “she had as many angels that were in Heaven.”
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband Tony; brothers Butch, Barry and Gary; and her daughter, Tamantha. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Mike, Doug (Jeni) and Greg; sister-in-law, Nina Arnnett; nephew Mike Cox; cousin Coe (Denny); best friends Liz and Eddy; her wonderful grandchildren who she adored, Stephanie (Kelly), Amanda, Tammatha, Keith, Danielle and Dillion; six great-grandchildren, Kyla, Gage, Eli, Hayden, Hunter and Haylee; her brother, Jack; and many friends.
